By using this website you accept the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these at any time and if you do not agree to any change you must immediately stop using the website.

Refunds/Exchange

Georgie Dunn.ART does not offer refunds unless you have ordered an item that is sold out, or an original artwork arrives in faulty condition -this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In the case of your purchases arriving in a not-perfect condition, or you receive the incorrect order please notify us within 48hrs of receiving them, where we will review your claim and on a case-by-case basis, will take the necessary action. Necessary action may be to replace or exchange your faulty goods.

Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note sale items are final and can not be returned for exchange or refund unless found faulty.

Georgie Dunn.ART does not offer refunds on items that our postal service can show evidence as ‘delivered’.

Commissions

Commissioned artworks require a non-refundable 50% downpayment of the total quoted cost of the artwork. Your commission will not begin until this has been paid. Three artwork reviews are granted: two at earlier stages of the artwork and then one final review. After the final review and full payment is made the artwork(s) will be posted/delivered to you. There is no refund or exchange on commissioned artworks, unless organised directly with Georgie Dunn for outstanding reasons.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change. Exchange rates will be calculated at checkout.

We will do our best to reply to emails within 5 business days. please be patient during sale periods and expect a longer wait for reply as our tiny team works overtime.
