When pain is accepted and allowed, we are able to transcend it and transform into something much more; something beautiful, captivating and RAW. 

‘Release’ is a watercolour, ink and pencil works. I painted this during my studies in Melbourne. It was significant in bringing to light the emotional turmoil I was feeling at the time, and in turn helped me to acknowledge and process my feelings.
